1. Service Agreements

  • All projects, campaigns, and retainers are initiated only after mutual agreement on scope, deliverables, and pricing.

  • Clients are required to review and approve proposals, quotations, or agreements before work begins.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Start: If a client cancels a project before work has commenced, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@digimark24.com Any advance payment may be refunded after deducting administrative/processing charges.

  • After Project Start: Once work has started, cancellation may not entitle you to a full refund. Costs will be calculated based on work completed, resources allocated, and third-party expenses already incurred.

  • Monthly Retainers/Subscriptions: Clients may cancel monthly contracts by providing at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments for SEO, advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), content creation, and other digital marketing services are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the work.

  • Advance Payments: Advance fees are non-refundable once the project or service has commenced.

  • Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to third parties (e.g., ad platforms, tools, hosting providers) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Partial Refunds: In special cases where services have not been delivered as agreed, DigiMark24 may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial refund.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
